– **Information you give us:** name, email address, phone number (optional), payment details (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us), messages/support requests, and any content you submit in coursework, community spaces, or coaching calls.
– **Automatically collected information:** IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, video-watch progress within courses, and cookies (see Section 6).
– **Information from third parties:** transaction confirmations from our payment processors (Stripe / 2Checkout) and aggregated audience data from ad platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) where we run ads or track pixel conversions.
## 2. How We Use Your Information
– To grant and manage your access to purchased courses, memberships, or coaching
– To process payments and prevent fraud
– To send transactional emails (receipts, login/access details, course updates)
– To send marketing emails, where you’ve opted in — unsubscribe anytime
– To improve our courses, content, and site
– To protect our course content from unauthorized use (see Section 8)
– To comply with legal and tax obligations
## 3. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK students)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (delivering your course/coaching), consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), and legitimate interest (platform security, fraud prevention, protecting our intellectual property).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
– Payment processors (Stripe, 2Checkout) to complete transactions
– Course hosting, email, and community platform providers to deliver content and communications
– Law enforcement or regulators, if legally required
– Legal counsel, if pursuing action against unauthorized redistribution of our course content

To protect our copyrighted course materials, we may use tools that detect account sharing (e.g., simultaneous logins, unusual access patterns) or watermark video content with student-identifying information.
